Why MgO?
Multi-Application. High-Performance. Built for Canadian Code. Can MgO panels are engineered for consistent performance across a wide range of use—including fire separations, wet areas, exteriors, ceilings, and more. Backed by third-party testing, they outperform gypsum, cement board, and OSB in critical areas: fire, moisture, and impact. ​

Non-Combustible. A1-rated. Can MGO panels do not burn, drip, or release toxic smoke. Approved for use in fire-rated wall and ceiling assemblies.

Water & Mold Resistant. With zero deformation or swelling under exposure, Can MGO withstands wet and humid conditions without compromising integrity or safety. Will not support mold growth.

Fast & Flexible Installation. Score-and-snap or cut with standard blades. Panels arrive job-site ready with no need for special equipment or prep.

Impact Resistance. 
​Tougher than traditional panels. Maintains surface and structural integrity under impact and abuse—ideal for commercial interiors, shafts, and high-traffic areas.

Load-Bearing Strength. Adds structural stability to both wood and metal stud systems. Can be fastened directly to framing with standard screws or nails. Handles like wood, performs like concrete.

Safe & Inert Composition. No silica. No formaldehyde. No hazardous off-gassing. Manufactured from magnesium oxide, magnesium sulphate, fiberglass mesh, and plant fibres.

Designed for the Canadian Job Site. Tested for performance in real-world Canadian weather conditions. Panels can be stored outside and installed in all seasons without degradation.
